E-Scooters in Victoria
The trial of e-scooters has ended and e-scooters are now legal to use in Victoria. All riders need to follow the rules to keep everyone safe. If you don’t, you could face heavy fines or even lose your driver licence. The TAC and Transport Victoria have developed a resource, and a safety campaign to support Victorians to ride safely.
The resource includes a range of information on rules and penalties, what is deemed to be a legal e-scooter and information is available in a range of languages.
